How long will my project take to complete?
Each project is different but we do our best to get every design or print completed within a reasonably quick time frame. Most projects can be completed in two weeks or less from initial briefing. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we can be sure to stay on track every step of the way.
Will you keep a copy of my project files?
Yes, TTMM will keep a copy of all project files in our system for a minimum of 2 years. If at any time you would like your files sent to you again, please let us know at email@example.com. We recommend keeping a hard copy (disk) of your project files in case of computer failure.
How does TTMM accept payment?
We are happy to accept payment via Paypal (firstname.lastname@example.org), credit card (online only), cash, money order, or paper check. Payments can be made online, through the mail, or locally in Grand Rapids, MI. Payments are not accepted via phone. Please include Invoice# on all payments. Please note: Returned checks will result in a $10.00 return check fee and applicable late fees will be applied to your account.
What are TTMM's payment terms?
Payment is due as indicated in the top section of your final invoice. Accounts which remain outstanding for 30 days after the date of invoice will incur a late payment fee of 10% of your project total*. For each additional month the payment is outstanding, an additional late fee equal to 2% of the original project total will apply to the final invoice. Publication and/or release of work completed by Things That Make Marks on behalf of the client, may not take place until final payment is received. If you are finding difficulty paying your invoice, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss a solution that will work for your company and ours.
* $50.00 minimum late fee
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your design and will offer additional revisions until your complete vision is met. That said, unfortunately we do not offer refunds on design projects. If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun* 50% of the project total will be invoiced. If there is a production issue with your print project please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace it as quickly as possible. TTMM is not responsible for grammatical errors or other details missed in pre-production proofing.
*Work completed must be less than halfway complete. No files will be sent.
Can TTMM print my project that was designed somewhere else?
Yes, absolutely! TTMM is happy to facilitate production of any design or graphics regardless of were they were designed. Please send vector art to email@example.com to get started. If you do not have production ready art, we can help you out there also!
Can I print my TTMM designed project with my own printer?
Yes, that is totally okay! We can even work with your printer directly to perform press checks (if local) and ensure color accuracy. Need production ready files? We can help you out there also!
